Terms of Service
Last updated: May 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Aria (“the Bot”) to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot and stop using its features.
2. Description of Service
Aria is a free Discord moderation bot that helps server owners protect their communities from spammers, raiders, and link-based scams. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or to violate Discord's Terms of Service.
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Use the Bot to harass, target, or harm other users or servers.
- Resell or redistribute the Bot or its functionality.
4. Service Availability
Aria is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or that the Bot will be free from bugs or errors. Discord-side outages and rate limits may also affect availability.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server, blacklist users, or terminate access at our sole discretion — including for violations of these Terms or of Discord's policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aria is a free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or moderation mistakes.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
