Privacy Policy

Last Updated: December 27, 2025

1. Information We Collect

We value your privacy. Aria ("the Bot") only collects the minimum amount of data required to provide its core services (Moderation, Economy, and Logging).

  • User IDs: To link economy balances, warning logs, and permissions to specific users.
  • Server (Guild) IDs & Configs: To store your server's specific settings (e.g., prefix, log channels, welcome messages).
  • Role IDs: To manage auto-roles and permission overrides.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used exclusively to enable the Bot's functionality.

Functional & Operations

To verify permissions, process commands, and maintain your server's specific configuration.

Security & Moderation

To log moderation actions (warns, bans, kicks) as requested by server administrators.

* We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal identifier data with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We store data only as long as necessary.

  • If the Bot is removed from a server, the server's configuration data may be deleted from our database within 30 days to free up storage.
  • Users may request the deletion of their specific data (e.g., economy profile) by contacting support.

4. Message Content Policy

We take Message Content Intent seriously.

The contents of your messages are NEVER stored in our database. They are processed in real-time (RAM only) solely for the purpose of Auto-Moderation (e.g., detecting bad words or spam links) and are discarded immediately after processing.
